What the app maker needs to do is add the ability to edit, delete, and add to the main archive. You can do this, and even edit them, but then you will have two different sets of Shakespeare quotes in two different sections of the app, and this makes for a very bad organization of quotes throughout the app that you would like to add to or change. So, let's say you want to add some William Shakespeare quotes that are not already preloaded into the app.
You can add your own quotes to this app, but it is in an entirely different section. So, any errors in the quotes, you are stuck with. This app does not allow you to delete or edit or add any quotes to the main archive. I have noticed that there are duplicate or inaccurate entries with some of the quotes listed. To enable automatic generation of quote documents, in the Quote to invoice section, select the Auto-generate quote as a Word document check box, and then select the quote Word template from the drop-down list. Under Advanced Settings, select Quote Settings.
